I did some homework for you and culled material available on these area toddler play spaces. I also did some division (package price divided by # of children) to come up w/how much you're paying per guest ($ per child). Although it seems high you might end up spending close to this if you do it on your own. Also, I assumed the birthday child is free but you should double check!
Kid's U. Paramus. Invites, decorations, drinks, supplies, staff, 1 ½ hours time. BYOFood. $395 for 18 children. $15 for addl. ($22 per child). This place has a great rep and it is recommended to book a month in advance. IMO this play structure is not as scary as Unbelieva-bills for 2-3 yrs old and the area next to it has activities for crawlers and 1 year olds.
NJ Children's Museum. Paramus. Invites, stickers, host, 1 hour in room but unlimited in museum, 1 slice pizza and cupcakes. $249 weekdays; $299 weekends for 14 children ($21/child) $12/extra child. Themed party is $100 extra. (works out to $28/child). Good value! But it’s definitely not the NY Children’s museum—some stations seem dated.
Kid's Kingdom. Northvale. Invites, supplies, staff, soda, cake (Costco), pizza or hotdog, 12 balloons and ice cream, 1 ½ hours in a private room—Super Kingdom Party. $289/12 min kids. $19 addl kid. ($24/child). All packages include an unlimited play time in their 4 play areas and ball shooting area. This place seems to do it all!
JW Tumbles. Park Ridge. Invites, supplies, Balloons, staff, juice, games/music. 1 ½ hours. BYOFood. $375 for 14 kids. $10/addl. ($27/child)
Chuck E. Cheese. Paramus. 20 game tokens/child, staff, 2 slices pizza/child, soft drinks, birthday show (extra bonuses for bday kid like lunch box). 1 ½ hours at table. $14.99/child. Upgrade to goody bag, souvenir cup for $19.99/child. It is definitely bustling on the weekends with parties.
Unbelieva-bills. Warwick. (THIS SPACE CLOSED DOWN RECENTLY).
Build-a-Bear. Paramus. Minimum of 6 guests. For 8 guests with maximum of teddy bear accessories it is $25/guest. (also increments of $10, 16, 20 per guest). Totals to $200. Can get McDonald’s discount (located at opposite side of mall). No food allowed in store.
Kidz Kazoom. Paramus. They don’t have a play structure but they offer moon bounce, ball pits, slides, obstacle course, etc. Pizza, apple juice, pretzels. Games, limbo time, and carvel cake; invitations, supplies, favor, picture ty card. $455 for 12 children. ($11/extra child). ($37.91 per child).
Little Gym. Paramus and Englewood. Invites, staff, supplies, drinks. 1 ½ hours. No pricing available on web site.
Gymboree. Various locations. Invites, supplies, gift bags, staff, food?. Up to 20 children. No pricing available on web site.

nice research! if I get some other pricing, I'll definitely comment here..
