For adults, they have Go Kart racing. The owner said they've had some interest from women recently, who can't get enough of the thrill of racing. You can go up to 30 mph on a Bowman Storm high performance race kart with an electric powered motor. The track is around 2 miles and gives you the feeling that you are in a real Formula 1 race. Each race costs $18.50.
They also have a room with Virtual Auto racing. Sort of like those arcade racing games but much more advanced. You can choose from over 180 race tracks--from Grand Prix to dirt tracks. You have a choice of over 200 vehicles--including Ferraris and Formula One cars. Four people can race at a time and benefit from surround sound, seat vibration, and a vehicle that reacts to your steering and braking. Prices are from $3.99 to $19.99 for a 7 pack.
You can also relax at the large cafe area or linger in the arcade room.
A recent addition is Disco Roller skating in the large back room. This really brought me back to my childhood when I spent many a party at the local roller skating rink. I still remember seeing the Thriller video for the first time while roller skating! This would be great for an 80's themed Bachelorette party. They have sessions where you can free skate: $18.50 for adults; $14.50 for ages 6-10. Skate rentals are $5 ($4 for kids). They also provide knee, wrist, and elbow pads for you.
Your son/daughter can also have a disco roller skating party for $24.99 per child (min 12 guests) which includes skate rental, 1 and a half hrs of skating, host, invitations, paper goods, pizza and soda (see full details on the web site). I guess all you have to bring is the cake! This is great if you are looking for something different than the standard open gym party.
If you have an active child (age 4+)--who's been feeling a bit pent up in the winter--you can also throw him/her a Pedal Karting party for $24.99/child (12 child min). These are like bicycles but lower to the ground. They get to race each other around a smaller size track than the adult one. They are allowed two races per child.
Other parties available are Junior Ko Karting $29.99/child; Virtual Racing $18.99/child; and various add-ons. V-17 also offers three private party rooms that can be rented for corporate parties, sweet sixteens, bar/bat mitzvahs, etc.
Contact Samantha at 201-994-1200 x202 for more information. Tell her that MiraBest sent you! (Disclosure: I did not receive any payment or freebie for this review)
So, if you are looking for a unique type of party for your child or just something fun to do on a Friday night w/the hubby then check out this venue. It would also be a great birthday gift to your hubby to treat him and his friends to a guys-night out.
Check out this Link to their website which explains their hours and full offerings/party packages.

I thank thee that I am none of the wheels of power but I am one with the living creatures that are crushed by it. O(∩_∩)O~

"My dream is to travel across the U.S.A. and dance in a new place every night!"
Agh! That sounds so cool! If you ever do that (even a mini version), let us know. Meetup could be a great way for you to find dances to attend! =)
In the mean time, I spotted this Meetup Group in your area that might be perfect:
